"My Lifebook journey gave me permission to re-evaluate, revise and reinvigorate who I am and who I want to be"

Before this program I really felt like I was on a hamster wheel. Being at a transitional moment helped me decide that I needed clarity and to make some changes-to get to know myself again. As a 50 year old professional woman, I felt like my body was betraying me, my life passing me by and that I was being driven through life...not driving. I soon realized it's not realistic to think the choices and direction I took in my 20's would necessarily still be relevant at midlife. My Lifebook journey gave me permission to re-evaluate, revise and reinvigorate who I am and who I want to be. I feel more alive and everyday the decisions I make, the thoughts that I think are intentional and inline with my ideal life vision. My life is definitely a work in progress but this process put the joy in back and in the journey!! Thank you Jon and Missy-I can see clearly now!!!
