"My life vision is so strong that it's going to be the one thing that keeps me going"

Before Lifebook, I had been struggling with depression and anxiety for many years. When I lost my mother – whom I was very close with – to cancer over 3 years ago, my emotions just went to an even darker place. I even began seeing a therapist just to cope with life. But thanks to Lifebook, all of the above felt like a very strange, distant memory, like I just woke up from a very bad dream. My emotions increased to a level I didn't know was possible for me. I even said goodbye to my therapist, who was surprised at the major improvements I've shown, and even asked about Lifebook! And now, I am just full of joy and life and gratitude every single day in ways that no words can truly express. My life vision is so strong that it's going to be the one thing that keeps me going. Thank you so much for this.
