Before Lifebook, I was looking to complete vision board. I had accomplished so much in one year that I didn't know where else to look or go. A wonderful friend told me about this program. I was a little afraid at first, but I thought, why not! I have tried everything else, why not try this concept. My eyes were completely opened to more possibilities to dream again, to live again. And now in my life, I am more grounded in my Spirituality, I have changed my fitness, health improved, the way I eat, how I interact in relationships, How I approach my career and finances...This program helped me focus and provided direction I didn't have before.
