Lifebook has made me feel good about my life. It gave me the time and space to think about my goals and visualize the ideal me. It has helped me to bring stability in my emotions and cast out negativity with regards to the love-relationship believes. Now, I can keep working on my lifebook and remind myself every now and then about the life I have envisioned, plan it out and act accordingly.
