Lifebook is hands down THE best tool to start your journey of personal development! When I entered the Lifebook process I felt like I was at a point of no return. Obese, unhappy, unsuccessful and with no energy or willpower to change - even if I wanted to. I had no sense of direction and felt utterly lost. My life score in the first assessment was a measly 81... and the only thing keeping it that “high” was the fact that I have a great love relationship. I was of course hoping for a better score by the end of the Lifebook Online course, but wasn't sure how I was going to get there.
And today, 6 weeks later... while taking the new assessment and reaching an assessment score of 113(!) I realized that I am a completely different person. I am now a happy, motivated, health-focused, vibrant woman about to experience all the best things life has to offer. For the first time ever I have a conscious plan for my life, and I know HOW to reach my goals. I am aware of my choices and the future is burning bright. I'm even more blessed that my husband joined me on this beautiful journey and is evolving together with me.
