Before LifeBook, I was in a pretty bad place, mentally. It was tough for me to find meaning in my daily activities. Sometimes, it would even be tough to get out of bed, to shower. December was a month in which I got outside my home about 4 times... I really needed some fresh perspectives on life and thanks to Lifebook, I got plenty! I sat down and reviewed some life areas I had been working on in the past years, I reflected on life areas I hadn't even thought of in a conscious way and I got super inspired by Jon, Missy, Alex and the entire community. Lifebook really triggered excitement in my life and I started healing and looking for ways to improve my life. I haven't finished putting my Lifebook together yet, but I really feel soooo much better after going through this program and I started making progress in several areas of my life. I am very grateful for the opportunity to participate in this program and I'm excited to continue working on myself! Thank you so much!
