Lifebook Process Has Given me Very Simple Tools to Keep Myself on Track and Moving Forward

I chose to tackle the Lifebook process because of the huge changes my life has undergone recently. My partner passed away suddenly, I changed jobs after being off on a leave, I've decided to retire and I am moving to a new city. That is a lot to have to happen in one year.

I realized from this process that consciously thinking about each category, can create the next phase of my life to be even better than the last. The Lifebook process has given me very simple tools to keep myself on track and moving forward, even when life appears overwhelming. To me, this is its greatest gift.

I'm looking forward to the next month, year and five years and plan to update my Lifebook at each step of the way. Thank you Missy and Jon for giving me this opportunity and tool.
