I started this journey so in the dark, so in the past, so angry, so sad, so hopeless, so lost. I had everything though: children I love - yet I was inpatient and uptight all the time; a husband - yet a stranger with whom I had lost compassionate communication; a work - yet feeling no more passion; friends I couldn't hug (thank you corona). I felt like walking my life without living it.
A French expression says: boulot metro dodo: meaning work commute sleep....
That's pretty much what my life was about and I disliked it truly and did not know how to turn things around. I felt I needed a practical holistic structured tool that could guide me to unthread my messy thoughts, dreams, and feelings that were draining me. Once unthreaded, my thoughts would turn positive, light and forwarding and my dreams would turn into reality. I would go back to the child I was having no fears and only opportunities.

The biggest changes I see in 6 weeks are many: I am happy, serene, optimistic, patient, determined and true. I feel being a much better mum... the best mum on earth (;-))) and I truly have a wonderful relationship with my daughters and they feel it and thank me for it.
I have hope for my love relationship (I thought divorcing before the Quest.. I saw no hope). It will need work and patience and I hope he will stand up and walk along too, yet I lead by example and do my best with compassion and joy. I have exciting projects adding value to my professional curriculum and have clear goals about my quality of Life. From a dull and hurtful living, I have stepped into a constructive grateful peaceful rewarding life....
