For the last 40 years I've been a walking zombie. Lifebook opened up me to be more conscious, aware and present with myself on what I do, what I say, how I've been behaving. Lifebook has also given me an abundance attitude towards all the challenges I thought I have/ had, now all I see if challenges that arises that has solutions, there's no limitation even there are challenges, challenges are just a journey to give us strength, challenges encourages us to look beyond, challenges gives us the opportunity to grow as better human beings now. After Lifebook I don't see that I don't have a choice, I see that everything I receive is a choice, the choice to make myself better, the choice to be happy, the choice to transform how I want, when I want and where I want. The list is endless.
