I know I am a capable person but my life before Lifebook looked muddled and unclear. I couldn't see the wood for the trees and I was getting bogged down in living each day. Instead of being carried along by daily life, I realise now that I have control of who I am and what I want in all aspects of life. Lifebook has helped me think deeply and consciously about what I want and helped me to meet my roadblocks and face my fears.
