"Lifebook helped me organize my thoughts"

I started lifebook because I needed to save my own life. I knew things weren’t terrible but I was struggling every day with my emotional well being and self worth, feeling as though I was barely surviving.

Lifebook helped me organize my thoughts and feelings about my life, make a plan and vision to move forward and connected me with new people who faced similar situations. I feel better about myself and my life through working on my dreams each day while still embracing the moment and enjoying what’s in my life right now. Thank you Jon and Missy for bringing this system to the world and brightening it with your light!
