"Lifebook helped me achieve a synchronized morning"

Before lifebook my morning used to be confusing and conflicting. Do I pray first or study or exercise. Which ever I did left me with guilt that I may have sacrificed the other. Lifebook helped me achieve a synchronized morning. One of my premise for health and fitness clearly was, my health and fitness is part of my worship to God. Same was for my intellectual commitment. It now means, they are all in congruence and they all contribute to my vision as a whole. Very impressive.
