Having a decreased functional level and on top of this being sick since I was 6 years old had unfortunately been very straining in all categories and extremely social and financially depleting. With so many areas in my life where I have very little power the Lifebook help me really hone in on the areas where I do have power and the supportive things I can do for free. My life has not changed dramatically as I out of the blue have not suddenly become a healthy wealthy social butterfly yet it has made me focus on how I can a create a life encompassing as many as my dreams as possible even though I may never be able to psychical, social or financially do as others. The Lifebook process also made me realize how important meditation is as a lifeline in my life, for clarity and joy from within and naturally bringing gratitude.
