"I have more confidence to face life now because I have an idea on how I will navigate it."

Before Lifebook, I do not have a Northstar, I do not have any idea what is my purpose and direction in life. I haven't put any thought into most of the categories. Maybe I am thinking 4 of them but do not have any structure on how to think and to strategize.
Thanks to Lifebook, I now have a life plan. I now have a clear goal of what I want to do with my life. I have more confidence to face life now because I have an idea of how I will navigate it. It really gives me confidence and tool to really drive my daily life. I have more understanding now of what is good, what I want, what is not good and what things that are no use or pulling me down. Those things are now gone.
Now, I have more disciplined. I have a book that I can refer back if I slide. And I can benchmark myself on 12 categories maybe every 6 months or every year and make sure I'm always on the right path of continuous improvement.
Thank you, John and Missy
