Before I started Lifebook, just weeks before I had finished EMDR therapy, I felt healed and focused. I had no idea how much more focus I could achieve.
I feel like I found Lifebook at a time of growth in my life, I had already been working on my spirituality, my emotional and mental health, I knew that change was needed in my career; yet I still felt like I was missing direction, I have been doing masterclasses in subjects that sparked an interest.
Lifebook has given me so much more focus, direction, purpose, and passion. I have had so many moments of an overwhelming feeling of knowing deep to my core that my direction has arrived, that my life is changing right before my eyes as I work on Lifebook and my life categories. I believe it was around working on the social life that I had a very real awakening... this is MY LIFEBOOK!
I am truly writing MY very own LIFEBOOK. I have known all along that that is what I am doing, yet it was so profound, and it continued to grow with excitement, happiness, and a wonderful feeling of being proud of myself.
Lifebook has given me the push to apply for a new job, to create a work - life balance; I had a couple of offers within days, what a wonderful feeling. I am more attentive on my eating habits and physical health, I can put my spiritual beliefs into words and not just feelings, I always have known my character and stuck by my beliefs, yet they are even stronger now. I was already creating healthy boundaries before, I understand even more how important they are.
My relationship with my stepson has been amazing these past weeks; our communication has flourished, it makes my heart so full. I have a new determination, focus, passion to start my own business; the ideas have been flowing and I can see and feel it as though it already exists. I have new clear financial goals.
My relationship is getting stronger and stronger as well; our passion to travel, go on new adventures and make more unforgettable memories is even more important. I am beyond excited for my future, my extraordinary life has begun. I got so much more then I expected out of Lifebook. Thank you Jon and Missy, Thank you Lifebook.
