Lifebook Gave me Hope that I Can Take Back Control of my Life

I never had a plan of how I wanted my life to go. I went through life like, to quote Katy Perry, "a plastic bag drifting through the wind". I had no goals and no ambition, but a growing sense of disconnect and anger as I often felt my life was not my own. Lifebook gave me hope that I can take back control of my life, and it really made me dig deep into each category. For example, I had thought that Financial Category would be the most profound for me, but as it turned out, it was Relationships. I had no interest in having one, and initially, I was dismissive of doing this category, but I'm glad I did because it really made me dig deep into my psychology as to why I feared to have one. It was a painful experience but ultimately, one that transformed the way I viewed relationships...and impacted my Health and Fitness Category. Actually, all the other categories were affected by this particular one. So I'm grateful to Lifebook for this. Thank you so much!
