I have been on the spiritual growth and self actualization path for years. Lifebook gave me a concrete way to shape, explore, and ultimately commit to a specific plan for my Life Vision. It gave me some new ways to think about finance, love, quality of life.... The idea that it is ok to think of myself first(put the oxygen mask on before helping others)is not a selfish belief.
Before Lifebook as a daughter, former wife, mother and grandmother I definitely put myself low on the list of priorities. Heck I moved from the US to Germany to help care for my first grandchild. Yes it was on the heels of a major transition in my life but the idea of being able to help my son made the impulsive decision very easy. Seven years later I'm still here, mostly healed but I was unable to get myself organized with a whole life plan. Now during this pandemic I took the time to think about me and my next steps, while I've been isolated in my apartment with few distractions. It has given me the time to reflect and start in an organized process figuring out how to move forward. I'm very excited to be joining the Mastery class as the idea of having everything laid out along with helping hands to guide me toward achieving my goals is good for me.
Thank you Jon and Missy for putting together Lifebook and to you Alex for your insightful contributions and all your technical support. Jon you guided us through with your talks, both J and M gave me positive support throughout in the calls and the previous videos. I also had the opportunity to connect with positive, like minded people in the Mindvalley community to walk this happiness self discovery road! I'm eager to continue Lifebook Mastery and be a member of the Lifebook community!! And a secret aside.... as a single woman I'm eager to meet my perfect mate in your new future dating app!!!( Guess that isn't a secret any more). That idea came to me while doing the 5 years in the future guided meditation. It's in there and so it is sure to happen! Wishing all of you in our great community a happy day. I have enjoyed the process so much.... just wish I had had it in my 20's and not my 60's but hey never too late to keep growing and changing, right?
