Before Lifebook my life was full of fear for my future which at 63 is not a good place to be. I felt I had bitten off to much to achieve what I HAD to achieve. I have made a discovery that will astonishing the world and put an end to muscle pain associated with aging-that only a handful of people know about and have not been able to explain in a way that people understand-and I was overwhelmed with fear about how to do this. It will change the world. I did Lifebook and I now know I can do this. I know that the right people will arrive to help me do this, I am writing my book and I was a part of a collaborative book on health and wellness that went International Bestseller in January. I am learning the technology that I need to know and I am preparing to be a public speaker and take my message all across Canada. Lifebook changed my life in 6 weeks and the sky is the limit
