"Lifebook ,along with the profound insights of Jon and Missy and the Lifebook community, gave renewed hope to start again"

"Once upon a time , there lived a beautiful , young princess as every little girl is at heart , a princess , so full of passion for life , eyes filled with dreams for a bright future , full of hope and waiting for her Prince Charming on a white horse . The Prince Charming did arrive . And sadly at the age of 19 , she foolishly gave up everything in the name of love . As life unfolded, soon the candles of love were blown out by the cold, icy winds of life to unmask the Prince , who turned out to be not so charming after all and the white horse turned out to be a donkey . The mirror on the wall showed her not to be the fairest of them all, as she struggled with constant abuse and threats , told she's so ugly and worthless. Slowly but surely , her belief in love died , as surely did all those dreams , all burning away in flames that consumed the core of her soul. As the days turned to weeks and weeks turned to months , months turned to years and years turned to more years , all the while, precious moments in time passed by , lost forever , she failed to realise her true potential, sacrificing her dreams for others , living a soulless life in the shadows , voiceless, unappreciated and taken for granted , chained by a thousand invisible chains. One dream after the other, remaining just that , dreams... all piled up like the charred ashes of nameless skeletons , buried deep in the dust of unmarked graves.
The sad ,lonely princess , locked away in the darkness of the invisible dungeon walls of the prison her mind created , trapped in a numb body , just barely existing ,felt so unworthy , ugly and so not enough that she failed to see the beauty of her soul and the limitless potential that resided within her. She cried rivers and oceans . Surely this what not what life was meant to be ?
Then one day, she found herself at the lowest , falling apart , at the very rock bottom of the depths of the dark dungeon, alone in the room depression resides in , no one to turn to , drowning in a well of her own tears , with no one to care enough to listen , seeing only one end to this misery and torment to her soul...so tired of fighting , just numb , ready to end it all .
She looked up ....and what did she see ? It was a feint glimmer of light, , an invisible hand reaching out in the darkness . It was in the dark silence of loneliness , that God extended her a lifeline of hope, inviting her to get back up on her feet and fight for the life she truly deserved .
As if by fate, she came across a Mindvalley ad , for a Lifebook Masterclass . Inspired , but not expecting miracles , she signed up for Lifebook , with the very last bit of her secret savings .
As the program unfolded ,week after week , she grew stronger and stronger , slowly but surely , to muster the strength to get out of bed each day . From the pits of dark loneliness , each day the light grew brighter . It started with a tiny spark , slowly growing to a blaze in her soul , firing up the dead buried ashes , willing her heart and soul to re-ignite that passion for life again ...
As she tackled the pages and categories, deeply searching the depths of her soul , searching for the answers , digging deep to unearth the buried foundations of her visions and purpose , finding strategies to rekindle those lost dreams , Lifebook ,along with the profound insights of Jon and Missy and the Lifebook community , gave her renewed hope to start again . This soul was not ready to give up without a fight. This candle was not ready to be put out and the flame was rekindled , alive and burning brightly.
The time had come for this diva to rise up and shine like the diamond she was .... the time has come for this princess to get out into the light, from the dark dungeon of depression .
No doubt , the journey will be long and the road hard , as she will forge on , facing mile after mile of the many challenges that come with starting all over , from scratch .
This Lifestory , along with the insights and support gained from Lifebook , will have a "happily- ever- after ending " of a life well lived . Hopefully , as the princess rediscovers her dreams along the journey , she will help many other lost souls , find their light along the dark , lonely path , to rekindle their dreams too ..."
Thank you ,Jon and Missy for an amazing program .

"Lifebook really triggered excitement in my life "

Before LifeBook, I was in a pretty bad place, mentally. It was tough for me to find meaning in my daily activities. Sometimes, it would even be tough to get out of bed, to shower. December was a month in which I got outside my home about 4 times... I really needed some fresh perspectives on ...
