Before this program I was processing the end of a 12 year relationship, in a massive state of transition. It felt like the perfect time to do LifeBook and really get clear on MY core values and non-negotiables as they had been so eroded over the last decade. Jon and Missy are absolutely inspirational and I regained clarity in all the 12 areas of life. An overseas holiday is now booked, new friendships are blooming, love affairs are being enjoyed and my new business is starting to take off. I feel empowered and clear on the boundaries I need to set out of self-respect, and how to maintain emotional hygiene. I'm so incredibly grateful for this process and take my hat off to Jon for making it his mission to share this with the world!
