For many years, I was obsessed with being successful and fulfilled in all areas of life, but by trying to do so, I would always end up burnt out, overwhelmed, or sacrificing one area for the other. There was a lot of disharmony between my career and my family life, or between living my passion and creating wealth, or between chasing goals and actually feeling happy and fulfilled. Somehow, I really wanted it to be possible, but I could not figure out how. I was lacking a clear vision, structure, and role model to do it.
Lifebook really changed that for me. I was able to really believe again in what has always been in my heart, and saw how to make it happen. By taking the time to bring consciousness to all important aspects of my life, I managed to create a clear life vision, and set goals and build habits that will help me make it happen.
After finishing the Lifebook program at 34, I have never felt so healthy and fit in my life. I am learning like crazy, reading or listening to one book a week. I am able to really feel all my emotions very deeply, and have clear intentions and strategies to live more of the feelings that I really want to experience – like alignment, fulfillment, true joy, and peace. I am much more consistent in my daily habits, like working out, taking a cold shower, praying, meditating, and journaling every day. I also learned how to say no to everything that is not aligned with my vision, values, and goals. I feel so much more connected to a higher power that guides me, and a higher purpose I want to live for.
After 14 years together, my wife and I never thought that our relationship could still improve so dramatically, but with Lifebook, we take the time to be on the same page for the life we want to create, and to become an unshakeable team to make it happen. I discovered that working on improving yourself is really one of the best strategies, even in parenting, as the most important part of education is being an example for your children.
