The Lifebook program is very amazing as it breaks down the different areas of life for you to examine and determine what you want in each of those areas. It is a very good fit for someone who is uncertain as to what they want to do or where they want to be in life.
As for me, I am a 70+ year old retiree so I have pretty much figured out what I want in life. So my before and after assessments were pretty much the same.
