Before this programme I had never put in the work to consider all the different elements of my life consciously. I found the structured approach used by Jon and Missy very helpful for doing this, and have learnt a lot about myself already. It has helped me to clarify my vision - now the hard work starts in terms of putting it into practice...! Watch this space.
