Lifebook program brought me a very strong friend! That's life book. Hard to say which one is the most powerful shift... I become more clear about my life because of the four steps analyse structure, a totally different vision from before, I never thought about thinking what I want to be in the future first..I just set goals and then fail or lost enthusiasm in a middle way, but I just didn't know why the goal suddenly doesn't make sense on me... Now I see, it's because I didn't really know where's my future image... so every goal I thought that was my life goal was not comprehensive enough... cause I didn't set them based on the whole vision... And another tool is that imagine what's gonna happen in the different path you choose, "If I practice writing every day, what's gonna happen in 3 months" VS "If I didn't practice but playing games, what's gonna happen in 3 months"... help me to confirm my goals whenever I vacillate......
