Hi, Lifebook was an intense journey at times with pressure. I enjoyed the calm and peace of the videos, the music, beautiful imagery. It's been deeply soothing. I have also realized how much I know, how much attention I have already paid to myself. It has been a way of showing to myself that I care about and value who I am. Thank you for the weekly calls.
