"It certainly helped me to think of what I want in each category of life in a much more structured way"

I am taking a sabbatical from work and would really like to learn something during this period of time.
It just happened that I came across Lifebook and started the 6-week journey.

I started with the Lifebook quotient of 89 (which is what I expected) and by the time I finish, I am at 119 (that was a pleasant surprise). But obviously, the number is one thing the question is how I really feel about it - I won't call it life-changing just yet but it certainly helped me to think of what I want in each category of life in a much more structured way.
Certain decisions start to be a lot easier and overall I am happier. I am hoping this can carry well into the time when I get back to work and stress from work starts to kick in. And I do plan to do this on an annual basis at least to review the goals and progress.
