The 4 biggest learnings: the 1st course that focuses on emotions & made me realize how I am controlled by them. I’m smarter than people make me feel in a different way I have looked at before. My kids are well rounded as my life. I learned so many reasons why, how & the need to improve my marriage. This is such a well-rounded focus on your life program.
