Before this program I felt caught up in a huge multi-year setback from autoimmune and the subsequent changes to my health and fitness which had significantly impacted my quality of life. It made me feel broken, like I'd gone backwards, completely off track and I couldn't see a way forward. After Lifebook I see that I have control over not just more areas of my life than I thought that I did but all areas; That I still control the direction of my life and that I control how I want to feel. It has helped me create a much clearer vision of what I want for my life and strategies to get there. I feel hope where there wasn't much before I started this Lifebook journey.
