Before I started this program, I was feeling stuck. Really, really stuck. Like a hamster on the wheel, I was going thru the motions of daily life and not really engaging or enjoying anything I was doing. And getting nowhere fast.
Thanks to Lifebook I have gained some new insight into my beliefs; how they have served me in the past and how they have held me back. I was surprised by some of the discoveries I made regarding what I truly want and encouraged by the strategies I knew I could put in place to begin to re-engage with life.
Saying yes to life is a joy in and of itself. Being able to say yes to all of these areas of life, knowing I have the knowledge and the strategies in place to really bring about positive change, is priceless.
