Before starting the Lifebook Quest I already had a general sense of what I wanted in life, but it was vague and elusive — almost like smoke in the air. I lacked precision and clarity, and at times life felt like a small boat moving on unpredictable waves.
After completing Lifebook, I felt something very different. I felt deeply grounded, while at the same time reaching for the sky. The clarity I gained through Lifebook was incredibly calming. There is something profoundly peaceful about knowing where you are going and why.
What I love most about this program is that it does not only help you define goals from the mind or the ego. It guides you to discover what you truly want at a deeper level — from the heart and from a place of genuine inner connection.
I enrolled in this Quest at a moment in my life when I needed to make important decisions. I actually decided to take nine months away from my regular work to fully dedicate myself to reflection and inner work. During that time I spent many hours walking in the forest, reflecting deeply on the questions in the program and searching honestly within myself for the answers.
It was a very deep and mindful process, and the results have been truly remarkable.
Another reason I joined the program was because I was deeply inspired by Jon and Missy Butcher. Their clarity, integrity and intentional way of living resonated with me immediately. They live in a way I always wanted to live — consciously, thoughtfully, and aligned with their values rather than simply following social expectations or unconscious patterns.
The changes in my life after Lifebook have been significant. I am writing this reflection three years after completing the program, and the impact is still very visible.
For example, I went through a divorce. That was not something I originally planned while creating my Lifebook. However, when I clearly defined what I wanted in a romantic relationship and the kind of mother I wanted to be, I shared those visions with my partner. Unfortunately he was not willing to move in that direction. That moment brought a great deal of clarity and helped us recognize that we had different values regarding two very important areas of life.
I also completely transformed the way I work. I redesigned my work style so that it truly supports my life rather than the other way around. Today my schedule includes much more rest, nervous system regulation and intentional time for myself.
My social life also changed significantly. When I clearly defined what kind of friendships I wanted, many people naturally left my life. At the same time new relationships appeared that are much healthier and more aligned with who I am today.
My physical health and fitness also changed dramatically. When I created my Lifebook I was not exercising at all. Today, three years later, I train several times a week: Pilates three times weekly (including machine Pilates), a three-hour Kung Fu training session once a week, and I also dance regularly. In total I move my body about five days per week, which would have been unimaginable for me before.
I also introduced clear nutritional habits and daily rituals inspired by the program. Many aspects of my life are now automated and structured in a way that makes everything feel almost effortless.
My three biggest insights from Lifebook are:
Clarity is everything — but it must come from a deep inner place, not from social expectations or mental programs we inherited from others.
Very few people truly know what they want in life. Once you gain that clarity, you realize how lost many people still feel.
Lifebook truly works. Some of the goals I wrote down three years ago seemed almost impossible at the time, yet today I realize that many of them have already become reality.
It feels almost as if I wrote a program for my subconscious mind and my life simply started moving in that direction.
The biggest positive change I experienced is a completely different lifestyle — one that is calm, structured, physically active and aligned with my values. I also learned to set boundaries and say no when something does not align with what I truly want.
When you know what you want, decision-making becomes surprisingly simple.
For anyone who feels lost or stuck in circles in life and wants real clarity about what they want, Lifebook can be truly transformative.
But my advice is simple: do it with your whole heart. Give yourself real time and attention for the process. When you do it deeply and honestly, the results can unfold in ways that feel almost magical.
I wholeheartedly recommend Lifebook — and Jon and Missy Butcher are truly phenomenal guides for this journey.
