I had moved into a new city, just given birth to my daughter. I had completely cut myself off from the rest of the world. This slowly led to depression, anxiety, extremely low self-confidence. There didn't seem to be any hope. 

Thanks to Lifebook, I began using my mind again. I began exercising my brains with new thoughts, positive ideas, hope, happiness. I still have a long way to go, but I'm on the path to freedom.
