"I started with a score of 67 and ended with 108. I feel it is quite an encouraging start to my journey as I fine-tune all my categories and life vision"

Let me start with a huge huge THANK YOU for the Lifebook program. What an amazing journey it has been!

I have always resonated with Gandhi's quote: "Be the change you wish to see in the world"
And LB brings it home in such a simple but powerful way...leaving no room for excuses not to be that change. I have always had "knowing" that I have infinite potential and capabilities as a human being, a niggling thought at the back of my mind, but no clarity in how to go about it. It was kind of scattered thoughts that didn't seem to add up to much except a constant grind of trying.

Then Lifebook happened. I came across it about a year back and since then I kept thinking about it on and off, it refused to go away. And finally, I joined this program when I was feeling absolutely clueless about what I am doing, where I am headed, or even to define who I am.

I started with a score of 67 and ended with 108. I feel it is quite an encouraging start to my journey as I fine-tune all my categories and life vision.

My biggest takeaways are:

1. Operating while rooted in the "knowing" that I have what it takes to live to my highest potential. Self-love, gratitude, abundance mindset is an integral part of this "knowing" and are absolutely essential for any forward momentum. I kept forgetting how much abundance is brought forth by living in gratitude. And, I truly have a lot ot be grateful for. Daily meditation has further strengthened this learning. And a quote from Rumi - "Close your eyes, fall in love, stay there."

2. Putting down what is in my head (was always in my head) helps to bring it home in every single category as it paves the way to understanding myself, my need, desires everything, and execute it. Every single category was a joy to go through and such a wonderful learning experience. Journaling has been very helpful as a contemplation tool, keeping a positive outlook instead of wallowing in negative thoughts, understanding my emotions. my reactions (and having fewer/no "reactions"). It has eliminated the petty need to complain and whine and be validated for it.

3. Clarity of my values being crucial for making Conscious Choices that resonate with me as they bring the impetus I need to grow in every area of my life. It is so heartening to see how big a change is brought by making these conscious choices in simple things in life, to understand and know that these choices lie only and only in my hands. I feel absolutely empowered and collected after this beautiful journey and have enrolled in the mastery program, ready and eager for the next steps.

Many warm hugs for Missy, Jon, and Alex and so much gratitude. Thank you again!

"I am so extremely grateful for being able to take the first steps forward in this journey"

After believing for way too long that struggling at a 9-5 to was the only way to make it in life (because, hello, that’s what our society teaches us from a young age) I decided to break away from this compromising thought process. We spend most of our time trying to make money but we’ve ...
