I am Sourabh from India, I belong to the middle-class family.
I did the Lifebook program last year, along with this I attended all the masterclasses and it has transformed my life to some extent. I want to share my experience with Mindvalley for the past one year.
I am very thankful to Mindvalley and especially you (Vishen Lakhiani) because the programs paved my way towards a successful and cherished life.
Below mentioned are my achievements in the past 1-year duration:
1. Career: My work profile improved a lot, I won many challenges, it was awesome and my value increased in the organization.
2. Spiritual: I feel more connected to myself, I regularly practiced Six Phase Meditation.
3. Health: Included more organic stuff in my kitchen, Lost 5-6 Kg, Started Yoga & light exercise, Taking Juices daily. My energy got improved drastically.
4. Quality of Life: I had a family trip to Phuket-Krabi.
5. Love: Relationship improved a lot, I started one date per month philosophy.
6. Social Life: I connected and met my old friends.
7. Financial: I got a 100% salary hike in a new job in my area of interest.
Still, miles to go to completely transform me. So, I am following all the courses and masterclasses on Mindvalley. Thank you for creating happiness in the world.
