"I have actual hope that I can achieve the life of my dreams"

I was in a very bad way for several years, desperately trying to move past a nightmarish mental breakdown, and slowly making progress - but very much two steps forward, one step back. This was a long and dark suicidal night of the soul, and not for the first time.
I saw the Lifebook Masterclass several months earlier and made a mental note that I'd like to try that Quest at some point in the future, when I'm ready. Then probably in December 2019, I saw that there was another intake coming up and there was an offer of a full refund (which I have ended up not taking, so I can do Lifebook Mastery). And at that point I thought, "fuck it, why not give it a go?"
I am very happy that I took the Quest. It's very early stages and I sort of feel like I haven't actually completed it until I've finished Lifebook Mastery, but my assessment score has already improved from 70 to 86, and the score of 70 must be at least 20 points higher than it would have been 2 or 3 years previously.
I have never thought about my life in such specific and consciously conscious ways and this is what Lifebook is designed to facilitate. I had been thinking about things that were lacking and things that had gone wrong etc. but not really thinking about what to do about it, or that it is even possible to change not just to a level of mild contentment but to a level of greatness; to have that as a definite and conscious goal and to make it so, to quote Jean-Luc Picard. I now realise that I do not need to be (and to remain) a product of my, frankly, disastrous childhood and adolescence. I am a product of my thoughts and my actions, and I choose both of those.
As I said, it is very early days, but after completing Lifebook I have actual hope that I can achieve the life of my dreams. The process has already started, but after Lifebook Mastery I expect to start making significant progress within months. Thank you for what you have created and for what you do.
