"I remembered my heart's desire"

The funny thing is that I noticed changes in areas of life (job) that have nothing to do with personal development before I started the Lifebook. I haven't been jogging since last summer. Suddenly, I remembered my heart's desire to run a marathon. I put out my running shoes, ordered a running backpack, I am doing Marathon running coaching online and starting training slowly this week. And I took a DNA test and adjusted my diet. As for the 2nd category, I'm at home there but the fitness, read the last few months, very much decreased. Step by step, I will get fitter with my training bands, which I use for upper body training. And that's just the beginning.
