Before Life Book I was struggling with a clear vision for my life. I had been working at trying to gain clarity in my life, and the path I most wanted to follow. The Life Book quest process has helped in a structured format to put things together piece by piece. I knew the areas I needed to improve, but I so appreciate how Life Book separates each area of your Life and has you reflect on it until you can see what you need to focus on to create a better life for yourself. I was at a critical score of 59 before starting the Life Book process, I ended with an 86 which is moderate but still an improvement and I plan to go even further. I recommend Lifebook to everyone who wants to build their best life!
