It's empowering to know what I want out of life; to get a better grip on who and what I am, and on who and what I want to become. It's empowering to have clear answers to the questions I have been pondering over all my life. It's empowering to be able to ask new, more purposeful questions and, to know that I will surely have answers to them all, even if I don't right now. 
It's empowering to know that like-minded people exist, and that they are there for me and I for them, and that we can only go forward from here.
