I now have a framework in which to inspire change in my life

I have always been drawn to improving myself. I would research all sorts of ways to improve my parenting or my love life, but it rarely stuck. I was always looking for a person to “tell me what to do” to help me improve and I constantly consumed information without seeing much change in myself. I would apply all sorts of strategies. Some things worked, but most didn’t. I wasn’t seeing the changes I wanted in my life and was struggling to find why.
Thanks to Lifebook, I now have a framework in which to inspire change in my life. And boy have I seen change! I have never before taken the time to intensely explore each area of my life and dive deeply into my beliefs, my vision and purpose around each subject. I would always jump to a new strategy and wonder why it never stuck. This process transformed how I view myself, and I now realize my personal qualities that make me unique and like no one else. It is only through embracing what is truly important to me that I am able to filter the information I read and focus on the strategies that move me where I want to go (instead of just moving in a different direction). Lifebook has given me a way to view my life through the lens of what is truly important and gave me a framework to document and keep information and strategies that support that vision. Thank you so much for this opportunity!
