Before this program, I have had difficulty regulating my life. I’ve felt stuck and unstructured when trying to develop myself. Thanks to the 12 categories in the Lifebook, I now have a clearer understanding of the areas I must work on to achieve my goals. It is a serious breath of fresh air and a overall plan for success in my life
