Before Lifebook, I was like a carpenter without any tools. I had no idea of how many limiting beliefs I had and no idea of how to change them. Though I listened to countless hours of Ester Hicks recordings I still remained stuck. Thanks to Lifebook I now experience REAL HAPPINESS as I now have tools in my life toolbox. My self-talk has become warmhearted and kind, full of POSITIVITY which makes me happy in my own skin...THE GREATEST HAPPINESS OF ALL!
