It was a great experience to engage with all areas of my life. I realized what I will focus on in the future to live an extraordinary life.
What was especially insightful for me? That I have already made good progress and have come a long way in my development. I may allow myself to take care of myself first - self-care is a big challenge for me. I don't always have to take responsibility for everything :-)
