My mom, dad, and oldest brother died, each about one week apart beginning January 1st, 2020. I used LIFEBOOK Online to help me forward focus and distract myself from grief. It accomplished that, and I'm so grateful. I used Leonie Dawson's LIFE Goals Workbooks in the past, so I knew this would be something I'd enjoy. I'm looking forward to making daily, weekly, and monthly actionable steps to follow up on the wonderful life I have planned.
