Before taking the Mindvalley course I was grieving and not knowing the next steps of my life. This course allowed me carve out the time to sit still for 6 weeks and create a road map for my life. I am BEYOND grateful for Missy and Jon. I'm excited for my life now like I have never been before. I've been given tools and I am going to use them. I have learnt the importance of simple tasks by really breaking down every area of my life and following through with the actions required to complete a task or goal.
