Before this program I had no idea how to control my emotions towards everything and I had no idea how to improve my intellectual area 

Now I have learned how to maintain a healthy physique and I have a structured diet plan 

Firstly I'm just a 18 year old boy I'm really happy that I've learnt how to parent my kids and to groom them thanks for your lessons xD. 

I loved each and every chapter you took and I have incultivated lots of positive things. Thank you very much
