I really enjoyed the reflective nature of the Lifebook experience. At times it was challenging and forced me to go deeply within. This was necessary for me to understand myself better and reconnect to my soul's purpose and mission.
Jon and Missy are very kind to share this experience with the world and although it may not be for the faint of heart, it is very practical as a tool to support internal development and growth. Often, as adults, we do not take time for ourselves or force our self to ask what we really want because then we have to look around at the changes we have to make. This can be scary, so instead of changing, we make excuses to stay the same. I want to transform and Lifebook is such a tool to do this with a soul expression like no others. I wish all students and adults got to have this experience. If I had completed Lifebook at 16 years of age, I think my life would be very different in what I would have the ability to manifest and create. I hope Lifebook can be used as a tool in schools as it would benefit out younger audience for them to have the tools to set themselves up for a successful life.
