[After Lifebook] I feel less anxiety for sure. I am more clear about what I want to achieve in each category and it helps me definitely by decision making about my future career or place to live.
1. I started to study more about food and health, and started to eat plant-based, avoiding meat and diary products. I am more conscious about my decisions and think about food differently - it´s the fuel for your body. I watch 1-2 documentary movies weekly about health, food, climate change/environment (it helps improve my intelectual life) , I have deeper discussion about these topics with family and friends (helps improve relationships).
2. I applied for several new jobs and I am already in selection process at some positions in a city where I think I can live a better life (lovely Vienna).
3. I apply hand and eye cream 2x a day and my skin (especially nails - they are finally strong and not broken as before!) looks better as before. It´s a small change but for me really big, because I never had a nice manicure on my hands, usually felt embarassing for that in my age, but now I am proud of my hands hehe. Because I want to look in my 40s as in my 26 (or even better), I want to take care of my body from outside as well :)
