"I have taken away some really awesome things from Lifebook, and applied them to my life"

When I first learned about Lifebook, it was from my girlfriend who wanted us to take this course and then share with each other.
The premise behind this thinking was one must first find themselves and improve themselves for them, not their partner. In doing so, this will make the relationship that much stronger.
I have to admit, I willingly agreed to this program, thinking it would change my girlfriend, but after 6 weeks of being open, and honest...it changed me!
I have taken away some really awesome things from Lifebook, and applied them to my life and i will be telling my friends about this program, whether they are married or single. Thank you Mindvalley!
