"I enjoyed doing this program and focusing on each category in my life"

I enjoyed doing this program and focusing on each category in my life because you often forget to look at many areas that are important. One thing I have realised through this program is that my life is already pretty great. Of course it needs improvement but by doing this program it gave me an appreciation for what I already have that's going right in my life and clarity on how to fine tune it.
