Before this program, I was not sure of what my future was. I had lost my child and left my husband. I had quit a successful career to get married. So I was following a storyline when the story dissolved, I did not know what to do, I was blank about my future. During the Lifebook process, I saw that I had let my Character become weak and I lost more confidence in myself and an inclination to start something new.
I have started exercising more regularly than I have ever done. After Lifebook, I have a clear future which I have created and how to do get it.
