Before Lifebook I was working on different aspects of my life without a coherent, whole view. Thanks to Lifebook I have a framework which is valuable to moving forward in balance. I found the PVPS system is easily understandable and powerful. Something clicked and I havent smoked in 6 weeks after defining my vision and purpose for health. Incredible.
